AIR ANGELS - RECENT ACQUISITION OF AIR ANGELS TO INCREASE
CRITICAL CARE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

(BOLLINGBROOK, IL) -- Today, REACH Medical Holdings, Inc. announced that it recently acquired Air Angels, Inc., a full-service air and ground critical care transportation provider in Illinois. Air Angels, maintaining its original name, will continue to provide critical care air and ground transportation for thousands of patients throughout Northern Illinois and Northwest Indiana.
"We are very excited to expand our operations into the Illinois region," said Jim Adams, CEO of REACH Air Medical Services, Inc., a subsidiary of REACH Medical Holdings, Inc. REACH began providing helicopter air ambulance services from a single base of operations in Northern California on April 17, 1987. Since this time, REACH has grown into nine bases throughout Northern California and Oregon. REACH brings over 20 years of transport and patient care experience to Air Angels. REACH has hired Michael Dermont, former CEO of Air Angels, to oversee the Midwest operations of Air Angels, Inc.
